She has never been shy about flaunting her love of smoking or her slender body.

And Miley Cyrus gave fans a double whammy on Friday when she posted an image herself puffing on yet another suspicious-looking cigarette and another where she provocatively squeezes her bust.

As if to add even more punch to the latter photograph, she is also gripping the apparent joint between her lips as she poses.

It was all very far removed from the all-American girl her horde of fans first grew to love from her Disney kid era as Hannah Montana.

The Wrecking Ball favourite captioned the image where she is shown seemingly inhaling on the cigarette with the mysterious message, 'put n werk?'

While some supporters will no doubt be wracking their brains trying to discover what she was trying to say, a sizable proportion will perhaps be shrugging their shoulders in disillusioned apathy.

Miley also posed in a scandalously skimpy bathing suit, which appeared to be taken as part of a photoshoot.

The Bangerz star cups her bust while staring at the camera in the racy image, which is sure to displease parents of the 22-year-old's younger followers.

But it was not just a day of self-indulgence for the one-time children's television personality.

For she also uploaded a photograph of herself standing to her head during a yoga workout, and offered a bizarre explanation of her life philosophy.

Perhaps Miley is in such a good mood these days due to her fledgling relationship with 24-year-old girlfriend Stella Maxwell. It emerged after photos surfaced of the pair passionately kissing during a break from filming Miley's new music video in Hollywood.

While Miley nor Stella have commented on their rumoured relationship, in an interview with V Magazine Stella confirmed that she has a 'significant other' who she 'loves sometimes'.
