'I have as much right to be on that panel as everyone else': Rita Ora poses in PVC underwear for seriously sexy photoshoot as she defends her new X Factor role
Rita Ora is hot property in the music, fashion, television and beauty worlds.
So it's little wonder that the seriously-sexy starlet this month covers Glamour magazine's 'big fashion issue' and has plenty to reveal when it comes to being poached for the X Factor.
The 24-year-old blonde, striking a pose in PVC underwear for the smouldering cover shoot, explains how the music mogul that is Simon Cowell could only be fitted into her schedule at midnight and how she plans to prove her worth as one quarter of the most watched judging panels in Britain.

Busy bee: Rita Ora struck a pose for Glamour's September fashion issue as she discussed her involvement in The X Factor later this year
Rita, posing with outfits laid on her figure, will no doubt be spoiled for choice when it comes to outfits when she takes up her new Saturday night seat beside Cheryl Fernandez-Versini this Christmas.
But the singer knows she's got strong competition when it comes to leading her singer(s) to victory on The X Factor too, what with a Syco boss, a pop queen and a Radio DJ on the panel.
She said: 'It's not about thinking, "Oh my God, I want to be on TV every Saturday night!" I'm a musician, I've built this bond with my team, with the music industry.
'I've worked hard to be involved with everything you see my name associated with. It doesn't happen overnight, and I feel I have as much right to be on that panel as everyone does.'

And the newly-single blonde, fresh from a split from Ricky Hil, is firmly focussed on career progression after she and her budding fashion designer beau called time on their one-year relationship because of their respective work commitments.
Rita finally confirmed that she was switching allegiances to ITV's singing competition from BBC rival The Voice in June, after just one series.
But the starlet stressed that it was Simon's big ideas for the show (now headed up by himself, Cheryl and Nick Grimshaw) that made her change her mind.
'Simon and I planned to meet and just chat,' explained the former The Voice coach. 'There wasn't any pressure. We could only meet around midnight 'cause we were so busy. So we met at his place in west London.
'We spoke about the changes in the show, about his goals and aims, and I started to agree with the changes that were gonna happen…. We had a two-hour conversation and I really liked his vision.'
