'I sprint up hills!' Kate Hudson reveals the 'insane' way she gets in shape by working out for 20 minutes a day

Showing off her toned figure as she dances in a sheer lace dress, it's clear Kate Hudson works out.
But the actress says far from committing to a daily two-hour slog at the gym, she instead aims to fit in just 20 minutes of exercise around her childcare commitments.
'People think you need two hours a day to do it, and that's bullsh**,' she tells Allure magazine.

'If you work out 20 minutes a day in some way, you're going to see changes.'
And while she does work on her body with professional trainers, Kate will fit in whatever exercise she can.
'I've had days where I have the kids - Ryder's on his bike, and I put Bing in a stroller - and I will run and sprint up hills,' she said.

She added: 'It's about finding what works for you. And I'll share the things that have worked for me.'
Her support mechanisms have helped Kate deal with her split from Muse star fiancé Matt Bellamy in December last year after four years together.
In one of her most candid interviews to date, Kate revealed the couple 'had different visions of how [they] wanted to live [their] lives'.
'Relationships ending are painful, and you can choose to carry that or you can choose to reframe it. If Matt and I had a great relationship, we would still be together, but we chose to move on because we had different visions of how we wanted to live our lives,' the Almost Famous star explained.
But despite their split, Kate insisted the two have done their utmost to ensure their relationship is amicable for the sake of their son Bingham Bellamy, four, and it looks as though they have succeeded.
'It's been a seamless transition. Kids just want to see their parents be cool. Everybody's cool; everybody's good,' the Bride Wars actress - who is also the mother of Ryder, 11, from her ex-husband Chris Robinson - enthused.
Currently, the Award-winning actress is rumoured to be dating Jealous crooner Nick Jonas.
