Having a famous daughter must come with certain benefits.
And it seems Miranda Kerr's mother Therese is making the most of her offspring's celebrity status.
Australian model Miranda, 29, treated her parent to a glamorous night out recently at the David Jones Autumn/Winter Fashion Launch in Sydney.

The pair looked stylish in their dresses and went for a monochrome theme by wearing black and white.
Victoria's Secret model Miranda chose a simple white dress with a long piece of material at the front.
She wore her hair up in her head while wearing a gold necklace around her neck.
She completed her chic look by wearing a black pair of high-heeled shoes on her feet.

The star's mother opted for a simple black dress which finished just below her knee.
The jet black colour almost matched the dark shade of her hair and she carried a small clutch purse in her hand.
Therese added a splash of colour to her outfit by wearing a red pair of heels.
Miranda looked happy to be with her mother despite her recently standing down as General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Miranda's beauty products company Kora Organics.

Mirdanda will be taking over from her mother although Therese will continue to work at the organisation will less responsibility.
A spokesperson for the business recently told Sydney's Sunday Telegraph: 'Therese is very actively involved in the business and in addition to being a shareholder is the company's event manager.
'Miranda remains the company's Managing Director. This is an exciting time for Kora organics as the team prepares for global expansion, expanding further into Asia and also setting up an office in the USA to greater service the American and European markets.'
