The television actress - who left the Channel 4 soap in 2005 to pursue other projects, most recently joining the cast of Emmerdale - enjoyed a catch up with Stephanie at an up-market Pan-Asian restaurant in Manchester.
Gemma embraced the warm weather and chose to put her tanned and toned figure on display in a flesh-flashing ensemble.

Gemma's lengthy legs weren't the only thing on display as she flashed a hint of her taut tummy in a midriff-baring plain black top.
In doing so, she revealed her oriental-style torso tattoo.

Gemma sported a fresh tan and a beaming grin as she was spotted heading into Sakana restaurant in Manchester city centre to meet friends.
The former Hollyoaks star finished off her glam get-up with a pair of black peep-toe stilettos which featured a ribbon tie and a small black leather clutch bag.
Stephanie too made an effort to dress up for the occasion and was a vision of red in a form-fitting frock which clung to all the right places.

The 37-year-old chose the occasion to introduce her new tattooed boyfriend to her friendship group.
Fun seemed to be had by all as Gemma boasted about the night on her Twitter page.
