Fresh as a daisy! Nina Dobrev flaunts her figure in backless floral pantsuit

She shares the screen with Emma Watson in new film The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

And Nina Dobrev today played on that theme in an eye-catching number of her own.

The Vampire Diaries star, 23, flaunted her figure in a backless floral pantsuit as she greeted fans at an autograph signing in Atlanta.

Nina, who is the latest covergirl for Seventeen magazine, looked fresh-faced and showed off her natural beauty - tying her hair half up in loose waves and boasting a rosy complexion as she signed covers of her October issue for fans.

The actress made sure cameras got a shot of her back as well, as she put her hand on her hip and looked over her shoulder to reveal a sexy cut-out.

Dobrev is impressively carving out a career for herself in feature films, having been known since 2009 for her role as Elena Gilbert and her alter-ego Katherine Pierce in The Vampire Diaries.

But the young actress is mixing it up in The Perks of Being a Wallflower - a coming-of-age story based on the best selling novel by Stephen Chbosky.

The romantic drama sees Watson star alongside 3:10 to Yuma's Logan Lerman and We Need to Talk About Kevin star Ezra Miller in the story of an introvert freshman who is taken under the wings of two seniors.

Emma plays the role of Sam, Patrick's (played by Miller) free-spirited step-sister, whom Charlie (played by Lerman) falls for. Dobrev plays Candace, Charlie's older sister.

The actress meanwhile recently opened up to Seventeen about life away from the set, and mixing business with pleasure after falling for Vampire Diaries co-star Ian Somerhalder.

She told Seventeen: 'Sometimes you can't help who you have a connection with, and you can only fight it for so long.

'I didn't want to be dating one of my co-stars - my goal on the show was to be professional.'

Despite their 10-year age difference, Dobrev and Somerhalder began quietly dating in 2010 a year after the hit show started filming. But as Dobrev suggests, their romance appears to be going strong despite her concerns.

The new season of The Vampire Diaries is set to premiere on October 11.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower is scheduled for release on September 20.
