Well, it is Saturday! Frankie Sandford leads the Strictly Come Dancing stars from their hotel as they prepare for tonight's show

She is a member of girl group The Saturdays.
So it's fitting that Frankie Sandford should lead her Strictly Come Dancing co-stars to the BBC studios for their weekly competition.

Keeping it casual, she wore snakeskin-effect leggings with a white T-shirt and a black leather jacket.
Looking determined and energetic on her way to Elstree Studios, she accessorised with a red, leather handbag and black trainers.
Meanwhile, Sunetra Sarker looked less dynamic as she emerged looking tired and make-up free with a mug full of coffee.

This week sees the BBC1 show ask contestants to theme their performance around a country, with Mark Wright also taking inspiration from America while Pixie Lott has chosen the Netherlands.
Frankie's outing comes just days after she announced some very exciting information about her only child with footballer husband Wayne Bridge via her column in OK! magazine.
She wrote: 'The big news is I’m a very proud mummy this week after seeing Parker walk for the first time.

'Parker’s also realised he can kick a ball now - you can imagine how happy Wayne is, but we’d never push him into football.'
Frankie also spoke about how her relationship with Wayne had changed since she joined Strictly earlier this year.
She added: 'Caroline [Flack] said that her relationship with her boyfriend [musician Jack Street] has got better since the start of Strictly and I definitely agree. Wayne is being so supportive; he comes to the show every weekend and looks after Parker.'

Frankie is one of the favourites to win this season, and was praised for her quickstep on last week's show.
The stunning singer received a standing ovation before Len Goodman told her: 'That was fast. It was a kiss me quick step. I thought that it was your best dance.
Bruno Tonioli added: 'They flew across the dance floor as if they were jet propelled. You did not put a foot wrong. You really are the leader of the game.'
