Shaping up nicely: Pixie Lott and Nicola Roberts wear geometric-inspired outfits to attend restaurant party

They've made a name for themselves as pop singers but on Tuesday night, Pixie Lott and Nicola Roberts were all about showcasing their sartorial skills.

Taking a leaf out of one another's book, the two fashion queens headed to the second anniversary of London restaurant Sushi Samba, wearing outfits which had geometric patterns on them.

Pixie, 23, opted for a mini skirt which had a bright yellow pop-art style band and a large square pocket, which she wore with a black polo neck and opaque tights.

She carried a Moschino clutch bag from the brand's latest collection which has been inspired by Barbie.

Meanwhile, former Girls Aloud singer Nicola, 29, wore a black and cream patterned shirt dress by Jean Pierre Braganza, which had buttons going up the front and tied her famous red locks into a high ponytail.

She teamed the loose fitting number with a string of Chanel pearls and polished off the look with a pair of black Mary-Jane shoes.

Guests were treated to a performance by singer, Lily Allen and a host of other celebrities arrived to get stuck into the celebrations.

On Monday, Nicola tweeted her pal Cheryl Fernandez-Versini on making chart history with her fifth number one.

She wrote: 'And congratulations gorgeous girl on your incredible mark on chart history!! xo @CherylOfficial xo'

British actor Jamie Campbell-Bower turned heads as he arrived with his stunning girlfriend Matilda Lowther who took a lead out of Daisy's book in an androgynous trouser suit.
