If you've signed up for I'm A Celebrity then you should know perfectly well that the luxurious comforts of stardom will instantly be traded for itchy mosquito bites and rumbling stomachs.
However, this year's dazzling crop of contestants should start preparing for even more horrendous conditions than ever before as they prepare to enter the jungle this Sunday.
After an unforeseen heatwave, the Australian camp has reportedly been plagued with giant bugs, including ticks, funnel web spiders and, worst of all, poisonous snakes.

Dr Bob McCarron, the ITV competition's medical expert, has revealed that 30 crew members have already been evacuated due to the deadly infestation.
He told the Sun: 'It's our biggest year for snakes. They are all mating at the moment.'
Concerning the problem of micro ticks, the 64-year-old added: 'The swelling they cause is as big as an apple. Most end up in the groin.'

Apparently the celebrities have all been pre-warned that there is a high chance many will get bitten by the ticks.
This has, of course, worried some of the contestants, especially Nadia Forde, 25.
The Irish model and singer - who has a phobia of all insects, heights and the dark - has also expressed dread at the prospect of her new diet.

She said: 'I asked the producers if a helicopter brings a pizza in the middle of the night to everyone, but they said definitely not...but I thought they sneakily did!'
Still, they'll each be vying for the I'm A Celebrity crown, which was won last year by former Westlife star Kian Egan.
Fans of the popular show - that sees famous people have to undertake a series of stomach-churning tasks in order to win food - will be pleased that presenters Ant and Dec are returning again to front the programme.
