'People see me as a bit of a nerd': Felicity Jones sexes up her image in lace body suit and silk bra for GQ photoshoot

She's the Oxford-educated British actress making a name for herself in Hollywood.

But Felicity Jones is set to shed her demure, girl-next-door image thanks to her latest photo shoot for the November issue of America's GQ magazine, which sees her strip off to a sexy body suit.

The 31-year-old star looked strikingly beautiful in the lace number, which featured a plunging neckline and capped sleeves.

Felicity wore her brunette bob in a tousled bedhead style and was given a subtle smoky eye and natural lip colour for the editorial spread.

'I guess people see me as a bit of a nerd', she told the publication.

However, the actress - who stars opposite Eddie Redmayne in new Stephen Hawking biopic The Theory of Everything - admits she is secretly far wilder than people might think.

Discussing filming the biopic at a Cambridge college, Felicity reflected upon her own time at university.

She confessed: 'Our parties were much more debauched. Like, people rolling around on top of one another on the lawn...

'I didn't have a clue who I was. I had my fun, but I now wish I'd spent more time reading.'

In the film, Eddie plays the now 72-year-old Hawking from his energetic days at Oxford University to his diagnosis of ALS that eventually left him paralysed after a slow decline.

Felicity's Jane Wilde was married to Hawking from 1965 to 1995, and their union was often fraught with tension from the intrusion of the many nurses and assistants.

The Theory Of Everything, which was inspired by Jane's memoir detailing the couple's life together, is slated for a November 7 release in the US and a January 2 debut in the UK.
