'I don't feel at all saggy, I feel quite perky actually!' Dame Helen Mirren, 68, wows in black dress and slicked back hair at the SAG Awards
Dame Helen Mirren looked fabulous in a gold embellished black dress with her hair pulled back off her face at the SAG Awards on Saturday evening.
The 68-year-old star defied her years as she stepped out for the event in the Escada frock, held in Los Angeles.
And it was clearly a winning outfit as the actress went on to win the award for Outstanding Actress in a film or miniseries for her role in hit TV movie Phil Spector.
Speaking as she collected her award, the star said: 'I don't feel at all saggy I feel quite perky actually.'

What a stunner: The always-fabulous Helen Mirren looked awe-inspiringly brilliant in a thick black dress
Helen wore her golden hair slicked back into a fashionable quiff style, very popular with the likes of Kim Kardashian and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.
Wearing a flash of red lipstick and statement earrings, the actress looked every inch the Hollywood movie star as she posed to have her picture taken.
Heavy eye-liner defined the star's brown peepers while her rouged lips completed her regal look.
Making a speach as she collected her award on stage, the star said: 'Goodness me. I am unprepared, Elizabeth was quite extraordinary. I love this little guy [SAGS statue award]. he's so sexy isn't he - naked but not quite.
'I had the incredible advanatge of working with a person you all know, you all respect, and that's Al Pacino. To work with him first hand was just an incredible lesson for me, you can always learn.'
Wearing a black appliqued dress, which synched in at the waist highlighting her fabulous figure, the actress smiled as she posed with both arms by her side.
Slicked back hair: The 68-year-old wore her hair in the fashionable slicked-back style showing off her gold and black earrings
The royal wave: The actress waved to her fans who lined the red carper as she turned away from the photographers
The 68-year-old wasn't fazed by the heavy weight of the black gown, which hung around her curves perfectly.
The frock had thick pleats that folded neatly around her waist, not swamping her body but helping to highlight the contours.
As she patiently posed, Helen held up one of the folds to flaunt the intricate delicacy of the embroidery upon the thick, black fabric.
Patiently waiting: The star's spouse Taylor Hackford waited on the side of the red carpet for his lovely wife
Ever the dutiful husband, Helen's spouse Taylor Hackford waited on the side of the red carpet for his wife of 16 years to finish posing for pictures before the pair walked toward the ceremony together.
The couple were then seen posing for pictures together while fans on the red carpet surrounded them.
Helen turned up to the stalls that lined the walkway to the celebrity event and waved to her doting audience, who screamed yelps of joy back when she acknowledged them.
Perfection: Helen and her husband posed for a picture in the middle of the red carpet chaos
