There's been tears, bruising and exhaustion during training for TV diving show Splash!

And as celebrities Dan Osborne and Danielle O'Hara get in the last of their practise ahead of Saturday's live show, it appears they are dealing with the strain quite differently.

While male model Dan looks quite confident as he jumps off the board, mother-of-three Danielle ends up in tears after ending up badly bruised from hitting the water.

In a sneak peek at rehearsals before the third heat of the show tonight, Danielle, Dan, comedian
Patrick Monahan, Tory MP Penny Mordaunt and singer Paul Young are put through their paces by mentor Tom Daley and his team.

Liverpudlian model Danielle admitted on Twitter this week she was in agony because of the bruising she was suffering when she hit the water.

She hit her shoulders after a mis-dive from the 7.5metre board.

She wrote: 'Just abit of bruising from yesterday training session. I (sic) a huge amount of pain hope I feel better for Saturday.'

Meanwhile, it emerged this week that the female celebrities had been banned from wearing bikinis after wardrobe malfunctions on last year's show.

Interior design guru Linda Barker and TV presenter Charlotte Jackson both suffered from bikini slips during their dives.

Conservative MP Penny said: 'We've been able to say what we would like to wear and then they go away and design it.

'I wanted something that was lido themed. Expect to see something that someone might have worn at the lido in a heyday. It's not a modern design, so as a consequence is quite secure.
