From the front, Jordana Brewster's khaki dress was modest with a high neck, and sheer panelling below the thigh.
But the minute the Dallas star spun round at the Haney Pret-a-Couture Launch Party, Los Angeles, her sartorial choice provided a whole different story.
On display was Jordana's slim back thanks to the very low cut of the dress, and the loose translucent panelling that hung from her spaghetti straps to the leather panel of the skirt.

Subtly sexy: The dress was demure from the front, but risque from behind
The natural beauty didn't seem to need to wear much make-up, opting for simple application that more than enhanced the glow of her skin.
And Jordana's long bob was tousled to frame her Brazilian-American face and Hollywood smile to perfection, but the Fast & Furious star wasn't the only pretty person at the event.
Molly Sims was the typical California girl, with her highlighted blonde hair in beach-ready waves, and wore a fitted navy blue dress with long fringing from the arms.

She made quite the transformation from her travelling look, having arrived at LAX airport, make-up free and her hair pulled back into a bun earlier in the day.
How I Met Your Mother star Cobie Smulders was also in attendance, wearing a black deep-V dress with a metallic panel across the bust.
The Canadian actress had styled her hair into an updo which featured a pretty French plait down one side of her head.

Cobie is preparing for the finale of How I Met Your Mother, which will air this March, and reportedly cried when she read the final script.
The 31-year-old, who plays Robin Scherbatsky in the CBS sitcom, told IGN: 'You know what's so funny is, like, a week before Neil did that, I went up to Craig [Thomas - show producer] after the table read, and I was like, "What is the deal with this?" He was like, "Well, do you want me to tell you?" I was like, "Yeah! I think I want to know," and he just laid it out.
'I immediately started weeping and had to leave. Like, I had to leave. I said that, I was like, "Craig, I have to leave right now. Thank you," and I just walked away.'
