Keira appeared to be in high spirits as she cuddled up to co-star Chris at the star-studded London event, with the actor suited and booted to perfection in a brown tweed two-piece suit by Ralph Lauren and a crisp white shirt.
Chris said of his dapper ensemble: 'I love British style, the tweed is definitely my ode to the British banker of the 30s.'
And when her duties were done, the actress contined her stylish display by wrapping up against the chilly winter weather in the capital in an immaculately tailored black wool coat.

Speaking at a press conference earlier in the day, Keira revealed she signed up to the action thriller because she was tired of continually playing the tragic heroine.
She said: 'I think when I finished doing Anna Karenina I realised that I'd been playing characters that pretty much died or something horrendous happened to them for about the last five years and I fancied doing something fun.
'I've never done a thriller before, and it's been a genre that I've really liked. It's a difficult one because you combine action with proper storytelling and it needs a proper storyteller to do it, so I was excited by the challenge.'

Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit is the latest movie based on novelist Tom Clancy's CIA agent hero, and is directed by Sir Kenneth Branagh.
The movie sees Jack, played by Chris Pine, recruited into the CIA just as he begins a relationship with his physiotherapist, Cathy Muller, played by Keira.
And Keira explained she was interested in the film's exploration of how a secret agent might balance a relationship with a life of espionage.

She said: 'As far as the relationship between Jack and Cathy goes I was interested with the idea of what happens to a relationship when there is a secret, when there is something that can't be discussed, something that can tear two people apart even though they are completely in love.
'I thought that was a very interesting part of the story, as far as what people who work in secret services have to give up and the emotional toll that it takes on them.'
But the talented actress joked that working with Sir Kenneth Branagh felt very very 'schizophrenic' as he flitted between Russian villain, Vikor Cherevin, and polite British director.

She said at the premiere: 'It was hysterical. The main reason I did this film was for Ken Branagh - I've been a huge fan of his since I was a kid and the opportunity to work with him, not only as an actor but as a director, was something I couldn't say no to.
'So it was totally mad, because he's playing the nastiest villain you can imagine, who does some horrific things to me.
'So he'd be completely horrendous, and screaming in my ear and all the rest of it, and then suddenly go, "Okay ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much. And that's a cut and that was lovely", and be this sweet man. So it was quite schizophrenic.'
Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit is released in cinemas in the UK on January 24, after being released on January 17 in the US.
